Although the "procurement considerations" are useful when analysed individually, it would be wrong to afford each consideration the same amount of importance or priority. For example, a detector that is extremely easy to maintain but lacks the sensitivity to detect minimum metal mines is of little use overall. Therefore a purchaser must decide the importance and priority of each consideration.
